RTE star Doireann Garrihy enjoyed a “wedding shopping” day out with her rarely-seen mum.
The former 2FM star and her best-selling author fiance, Mark Mehigan, got engaged last November.
The pair returned home from their six week “adventure of a lifetime” last week and they are now preparing to tie the knot at the end of the year.
And while the Irish star has been keeping tight-lipped about the big day, she has been sharing an insight into their wedding planning over on Instagram.
Doireann took to her platform today to post a sweet clip with her mum Clare before their shopping trip.
Speaking to her followers, the 32-year-old said: “We’re on the road, we’re Cork bound for some wedding related shopping Clare – oh very exciting.”
For the shopping trip, Doireann decided to wear a fabulous maroon cardigan paired with a white tee and blue jeans.
Meanwhile Clare looked beautiful wearing a white blouse and a pair of cream trousers.
The Dublin beauty also shared some updates about the exciting day with her fans back in April.
The radio star did not leave any details unanswered as she revealed that herself and Mark would be tying the knot at the end of 2024 at a location in Ireland.
She said: “We have our venue, church, priest, band, number of guests (the actual list is a work in progress!), dress.
“A lot to do… but we’ll get there.”
While on holidays with Mark, Doireann kept her followers on social media up to date on their excursions.
In a joint Instagram post the celebrity couple shared a sixty second recap of the incredible trip.
Mark showed off many highlights from the couple’s travels including kayaking on crystal clear waters off the coast of France.
He shared videos of Doireann dancing and many of the scenic views the couple got to take in across the six weeks.
The happy couple travelled all around the south of France and got to see many hidden gems, including the “French Venice”, which Mark showed off in his video.

Mark captioned his post: “Six weeks in sixty seconds. An unforgettable trip and a solid pre-marriage course complete.”
Friends and fans took to the couple’s comment section to gush over their dreamy French holiday.
