MARRIED At First Sight star Georges has revealed his 10kg weight loss transformation, after hitting an all time low after the reality show.
Online fitness coach Georges Berthonneau, 31, married Peggy Lawrence on the show, but the couple announced their split on Valentine’s Day this year.

And since his MAFS UK fame, Georges admits he “hit an all time low.”
In an interview with The Sun the star explained: “The fame rose very quickly, and it dropped equally as quick. And that’s OK.
“But I kind of lost myself after the show. I fell out of love with myself and I didn’t really know what I was doing and what my focus or purpose was anymore.”
Georges explained that leaving his job as head of medical and performance at a professional football club to go on the show was “a mistake.”
He added: “It was pretty dumb of me. I wish I’d never done the show at times.”
Georges said the aftercare on the Channel 4 was “terrible,” as he continued: “Aftercare in reality TV needs a serious shake. It’s actually embarrassing.
“I wish I’d never done the show not for any other reason than how they treat you. They’re very manipulative.
“I speak to people from Love Island and they feel the same. It’s actually shocking how you get treated by productions. People wouldn’t apply for reality shows if they really knew.
“I tried to suggest they get former cast members to help with aftercare, but they weren’t having any of it.”
But now the reality star reveals he’s feeling much better after a body transformation and moving on with a new girl.
Georges, who says ex Peggy “wasn’t the girl for him,” explained: “My life has always been fitness, and I knew I needed to sort myself out.
“I have had a lifestyle change and I love walking as that has helped me to shift the weight too.
“So I’ve really been focusing on my fitness business and my coaching and I want to help people change their lives.”
After failing to meet ‘the one’ on MAFS, Georges added: “I am dating someone again, but I want to keep that part of my life private.”
And as a new season of Married At First Sight UK gets set to hit screens later this year, Georges advises those taking part to “reach out” to former cast members.
He added: “And if you’re going on Married At First Sight for a brand deal, you’re absolutely delusional.”
After the TV show wrapped, Georges’ ex Peggy claimed that it was Georges decision to split but she believed he was cheating on her.
Georges totally denied her allegation and maintained that he was faithful throughout.
She also claimed that Georges used her and the show to “get a blue tick”.
In an exclusive interview with The Sun at the time, Peggy said: “He said at the top table to my sister on our wedding day, that I’m here for the blue tick, and why sister asked me,
“What’s a blue tick?” I was Peggy in the middle, and I went, not on my wedding day. And that day I thought, what is he here for?” she said.
Georges has claimed it was in fact the other way around, and said 80 per cent of his co-stars were on the show for “fame.”
He added: “I would probably say 80 plus per cent went on the show for brand deals. I am not one of those people.
“I didn’t go on Married At First Sight for new teeth or to make money and be an influencer or to widen my reach.”
The star added that he’d say hello to Peggy if he were to see her in the street, but “wouldn’t engaged in conversation.”
