MOST bridesmaids know the pain of biting their tongues over budget-busting costs to be in a friend’s wedding.

Wedding dress designer Pnina Tornai certainly knows about splurging — after all, Paris Hilton’s a fan — but her tips will help style any bridesmaid like a star without going into debt.

Brides who want to put the brakes on turning into a bridezilla can follow some suggestions from the celebrity designer when selecting bridesmaid dresses for their crew.

One of her biggest tricks will help color any bridesmaid happy.

“Many brides these days are choosing a color scheme and allowing each of their bridesmaids to choose their own dress in those colors,” she told The U.S. Sun.

“I think that’s the best way to make sure all the important women in your life feel and look their best,” she continued.

This will also help your squad save money.

“Each one can choose a dress she will want to wear again,” said Tornai.

“It can be in a silhouette that flatters her and a price point that fits her budget,” she added.

Looking luxe for less doesn’t have to be stressful, either.

THE KEY TO ELEGANCE

The designer, who created a gown for Amber Rose’s big day, believes that one shade in particular is always a stunner.

Most people won’t have to spend a ton of time searching for a particular style when following her A-lister-approved advice.

“I think that black is the most elegant and classic color for bridesmaids, and choosing black makes it even easier,” she said.

“Some of your girls may even already have a gown they can wear or borrow from a friend,” she added.

Being able to shop their own closets will certainly be a relief to bridesmaids’ bottom lines.

BEST BLING ADVICE

When it comes to adding accessories, just don’t be too extra.

“I recommend delicate accessories for bridesmaids because bridesmaids are there to support the bride!” she said.

She also believes that a small gift can have a big impact on remembering — or becoming a part of — the big day.

“Many of my brides choose to give their bridesmaids a small piece of jewelry as a thank you for being part of their special day, which can often serve as the finishing touch on their outfits as well,” she said.

The pearl and black diamond huggie hoops she designed for her fashion jewelry collection with Jared were made especially with this in mind.

She also loves when wedding looks can be re-worn, whether it’s a classic dress or accessories.

IT’S ALL IN THE CHOICES

As she previously shared with the U.S. Sun, cutting down on costs depends on what holds the most meaning for you.

For some brides, shoes are the star of the show, and a dress with a slit can show them off.

Meanwhile, those who prefer to hold back on splurging on heels can choose neutral-colored footwear and save for a future occasion.

If you might be a bride after a bridesmaid, a corset back trick will also save money on alterations.

She believes the three most important things to spend on are hair, makeup, and your dress.

Tornai also wants to make sure you don’t wait for the last minute in case adjustments have to be made.

“Order the dress well in advance so you have plenty of time for alterations if needed!” she said.

She said that since most bridesmaid dresses are simpler than bridal gowns — fewer skirt layers and nude illusions — they are less costly.

While many brides also fall in love with Tornai’s designs on TLC’s Say Yes to the Dress, lots of big names are also fans of her bridesmaid dresses.

Paris Hilton, singer Aniita, and internet personality Hannah Stocking famously wore blue satin bridesmaid dresses at the wedding of YouTuber Lele Pons.
