IRELAND AM star Muireann O’Connell has showed off her in-depth pre and post wedding beauty routine with her fans and they said she’s “glowing”.
The popular presenter has shared the preparation that went into her glam for a wedding and how she recovered her skin the next day.
Muireann stepped out in style for Virgin Media star Zara King’s wedding day earlier this month.
The Limerick native documented herself getting glam ready for the occasion and has shared the video on Instagram.
Coming out of the shower, the presenter dabbed on a mixture of face creams as she reached for products from Clarins and Neostrata.
She then sprayed her damp hair with a Redken product before brushing her hair and giving it some bouncy curls with the Dyson Airwrap.
Getting her face primed and ready, the 41-year-old put on the “game changing” Milk primer.
For concealer, the Virgin Media star used the Charlotte Tilbury Flawless Filter and covered it with foundation from Sculpted by Aimee.
To lighten up her face colour, Muireann used NARS Cosmetics concealer in Creme Brulee.
Muireann used Laura Mercier translucent powder and a palette from Sculpted by Aimee on for her eyeshadow.
The TV host used her “number one” mascara from Lancome and applied eye liner from Sarah Keary.
To finish off her wedding glam, Muireann used blush from Selena Gomez’s beauty brand, Rare beauty, in shade Happy.
For a bit of lippy, the presenter was “all over the shop” as she applied three different products from ARMANI, Clarins and Charlotte Tilbury’s Pillow Talk to give her the perfect lip look.
Muireann then set her makeup with her old reliables, powder from Laura Mercier and NARS.
For the ceremony, Muireann donned an elegant green dress from Rebecca Vallance that she rent from 105 fashion for the occassion.
After having all those products on her face for the big day, Muireann looked after her skin by getting a hydro facial to bolster her natural glow.
She got the facial from Beacon Face & Dermatology clinic and while there also went for a glycolic peel and light therapy.
NO-TOX
Muireann admitted to fans, that while at the clinic, she spoke with a doctor about Botox.
She told fans she hasn’t had Botox in a while, but that’s going to change as she feels she “needs it” as although she uses many creams to diminish her wrinkles they aren’t doing enough to prevent them.
Muireann said: “I bloomin’ love a skincare product. Cannot get enough but them creams aren’t getting rid of wrinkles. Helping but not ridding.”
She captioned her glam post: “Here’s me getting ready for a FAB wedding and the hydrafacial, glycolic peel and light therapy I did with @cicswalsh in @beaconfaceanddermatology to recover from it. Lotta crap to be sucked out.”
Friends and fans raced to the presenter’s comment section to gush over the results of her routine.
