ARMAGH GAA star Jarly Og Burns has gotten engaged to girlfriend Tara Donaghy.
The bride-to-be revealed the landmark news with a pair of beaming pics on Instagram.

She captioned a pair of pics of the happy couple with a simple message of “And so it begins” with followers uniting in offering their congratulations.
One said: “Congratulations Tara” and a second commented: “Aww congratulations Tara”
A third said: “Amazing!! Congrats to you both” and a fourth posted: “Aw Tara, big congratulations to you”
Jarly Og Burns is the son of GAA President Jarlath Burns, and is one of five kids.
His brother, Lorcan, was among those to comment underneath the engagement post.
Although while doubtlessly delighted with the news, his reaction was more in anticipation for pre-nuptial festivities.
He said: “Stag?” to which Jarly Og reacted with a laughing face emoji.
Burns’ familial connection to the GAA President made for a sentimental subplot when Armagh won the All-Ireland title last year.
They were joyous scenes for GAA president Jarlath Burns, who skippered his county to Ulster SFC glory in 1999 but missed out on their previous All-Ireland in 2002.
The Silverbridge man was also full of pride on Sunday when he handed Sam to Orchard skipper Aidan Forker.
Son Jarly Óg raced into the Hogan Stand with the match ball to embrace his tearful father when the final whistle sounded on the 1-11 to 0-13 win over Galway.
And the Orchard ace admitted it was written in the stars for father and son as Kieran McGeeney’s men basked in their heroic homecoming.
Jarly Óg said: “Maybe it was an outburst of emotion for that moment.
“It’s a completely freakish thing. I’m sure if someone wrote the story like that, someone would say, ‘You can’t, that’s too unrealistic’.
“He’s the second president from Armagh and it is our second All-Ireland, and to be in his first year is insane.
“And people saying to him, ‘Jeez, wouldn’t it be great to be handing Sam over’ and for that to happen is nuts.
“I just caught eyes with him and I thought I would go up and share this moment with him.
“He said he was very proud of me and it was father-son stuff. It was a great moment.”
