IRISH reality star Chelsea Farrell has opened up on her “horrible first trimester”.
The former Miss Ireland and her boyfriend James Barham are expecting their first child together.

The pair met just seven months ago on season two of the E4 dating show, Love Triangle.
Chelsea and James were the couple no one had expected as they weren’t matched together initially but found a spark after meeting during a retreat on the show.
The Louth native found out she was pregnant on the same night that the first episode of Love Triangle was aired, on March 10, 2025.
The 24-year-old has been hounded with messages from fans asking her how her pregnancy journey has been so far.
And Chelsea has said she “will do one down the line” when she’s “feeling more able”.
Explaining her tough time, Chelsea told fans: “I’m still in the thick of it – severe hyperemesis all day, extremely low BP’s causing problems, unable to eat anything for three weeks now.
“I’ve had a horrible first trimester so I’m absolutely wore out, but slowly starting to improve slightly day-by-day over the last two or three days.
“It’s all worth it as I know we have a happy little baba growing, which is the most beautiful feeling in the world.
“I just can’t wait to feel a little bit more normal and be a happy mama.”
The influencer has shared how grateful to have “the most beautiful network” around her and said: “Only for them the last few weeks, I don’t know what I’d have done.
“They’ve done everything for me, from running to the shop for something silly to sitting by my side in hospital.
“Nothing was an effort for anybody and I’m so grateful to have them all.”
Chelsea added: “Nothing could’ve prepared me for how sick I’ve been, but as I said, I wouldn’t change a thing as it’s all been worth it.
‘LITTLE MIRACLES’
“Hoping another week down the line it’ll all be settled.
“I’m manifesting that I’m going to turn a corner this week now that we’re in the second trimester.”
The Irish star has been quite open about her health issues after being diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and endometriosis in 2019.
Speaking about her struggle, Chelsea said: “Those who follow me for a long time know that because of different health issues, this is something I never thought would happen for me.
“But here we are – proof that little miracles do happen. The most loved baba already.”
