A MARRIED At First Sight wedding guest has been forced to break her silence after letting slip a disgusting slur towards a show bride – who happens to be her sister.

The drama, which aired on E4’s MAFS Australia series, saw catty Tamara savagely brand her sibling Lauren Hall a “f****** c***.”

Understandably, the blonde faced a huge public backlash for her bitter words towards the 37-year-old business owner during what was intended to be a fairytale wedding.

As she arrived at the venue in a yellow dress, before the bride’s grand entrance, she promptly branded Lauren a “psycho” and let slip the distasteful slur, before insisting the pair “wouldn’t be friends” after the nuptials.

The theatrics were compounded when Tamara was not given a pescatarian meal at the reception – despite insisting she had ordered the meat-free dish beforehand.

She promptly declared the situation “an absolute abortion” and, making herself the centre of the situation, Tamara fumed: “You’ve totally killed my mood.

“You haven’t listened to my dietary requirements as the bride’s sister. I find it very frustrating that she can’t just keep it together for the sake of me.

“It’s an important day. It makes me look bad, and I’m extremely upset.”

Not only this, she branded the wedding breakfast a “graveyard” and quipped that Lauren was a “psycho” during her special day – before demanding compensation for attending at all.

Now Tamara has taken to social media to claim show editing – not her foul mouth – were to blame.

She uploaded a snap showing her perched on a sofa with a glass of wine, donning a white bandeau top and trousers.

In her candid caption, she admitted: “I know how it looks — I watched the same episode as everyone else, and without context, I totally get it.

“But there’s over 18 hours of footage you didn’t see.

“I’ll be sharing a tell-all soon, so stay tuned!

“Just a little reminder — this is a reality TV show, heavily edited to get the highest ratings, and I earned the villain badge by refusing to conform.”

She added: “It’s not real life guys, so don’t take it too personally!

Mafs couples that have stood the test of time

Loved-up Tayah Victoria and Adam Aveling of series six fame had the first Mafs baby.

The pair couldn’t keep their hands off each other on the programme and quickly found their feet in the outside world, moving into Adam’s Doncaster home.

Just 18 months after meeting, the couple welcomed their daughter Beau.

Season five couple Michelle Walder and Owen Jenkins also managed to make their marriage work away from the cameras and had their first child in December.

Teacher Michelle, 29, has no regrets about taking part in the experiment. She told us: “I just feel very lucky and thankful that it has worked out – and excited for everything to come.”

Michelle and Owen were both sick of dating apps when they applied in 2019.

Owen recalled: “I had been out for some drinks with a friend after work.

“While he was out for a cigarette I was scrolling on Instagram waiting for him to come back in.

“The MAFS advert was the last thing I saw, and I joked, ‘Wouldn’t it be funny if I signed up?’

“A few beers later when I was back at home I sent in the application, and the rest is history.”

Another couple to make Mafs UK history is Zoe Clifton and Jenna Robinson.

Despite a slight rocky start, where they clashed over Jenna’s vegan lifestyle, the show’s first same sex pairing are still going strong.

They even have a successful podcast together called Life With a Pod.

Jenna shed light on being involved in the show earlier this year when she told us: “We’re not legally married, and I never felt like we were. I definitely feel the process makes you take the relationship a lot more seriously and having the help of the experts… if you can survive that process it sets a firm foundation for a long-lasting relationship.”

“It’s out of my control, so I’m fully embracing it – the good, the bad and the ugly!”

GROOM GRIPES

Meanwhile, the whole wedding party didn’t exactly endear themselves to viewers, with business owner groom Eliot Donovan, 35, also coming under fire.

Before tying the knot, Eliot said he didn’t want a “judgmental control freak” or a woman who indulged in “crass behaviour.”

He said: “I wouldn’t even entertain a relationship with someone I saw as low class, swearing, trashy — that just disgusts me.

“She will be feminine, she will be classy, she will be wholesome.”

Lauren might just be on his wavelength though as she admitted she wants to “serve” her husband and has old fashioned values.

It remains to be seen how it all plays out but already viewers are calling it a “match made in hell.”
