DOIREANN Garrihy has said she’s “finally feeling a bit more alive” as she got dressed up while on her honeymoon.
The former 2FM star and her hubby Mark Mehigan exchanged vows at a lavish star-studded ceremony on Friday.
After a fun-filled weekend of magical celebrations, Doireann and Mark jetted off on their honeymoon – with several stops planned along the way.
Both have been regularly sharing glimpses of their trip on Instagram with fans since jetting off on Sunday.
The newlyweds are currently in Copenhagen and have been relishing their time away together, while Doireann’s parents mind their dog Bert.
Taking to Instagram today, Doireann stood in her hotel room and updated fans: “Finally feeling a bit more alive.
“I have my sparkly cardi with my skort; shorts at the back, skirt at the front.
“And I have ski socks on under these boots and it’s probably going to freeze but it’s worth it to just feel a little more dressed up. All I have worn is leggings and over-sized jumpers.
“Which is fine and fabulous but I just wanted to feel a little bit nicer again as we are going to explore.”
For her update, the 32-year-old donned a beautiful Zara black knitted jumper that featured a metallic thread detailing.
The round neck, long sleeved top currently retails on Zara’s site for €45.95.
Doireann paired the cardigan with the aforementioned black skort. She popped on a pair of black leggings underneath and some knee-high black boots.
Later in the day as the pair wound down their exploring, they stopped in a street-side restaurant.
Mark took a snap of Doireann as she posed with her glass of wine and she grinned wide.
Doireann captioned the post: “Happy wife, happy life.”
Friends and fans flocked to the presenter’s comment section to gush over their fab looking honeymoon.
Doireann’s sister Ailbhe wrote: “Suits you.”
Sarah said: “No better feeling.”
Norah commented: “Mrs suits you Doireann.”
Another fan added: “Enjoy guys have a ball.”
