SPENCER Matthews has shared his honest opinion on an old reality show that himself and wife Vogue Williams filmed.
The World Record holder and his Irish model wife Vogue got married back in 2018 at Spencer’s family estate in Scotland.
A year later, the lovebirds recorded a TV show titled Spencer, Vogue and Wedding Two.
The reality series centred around the happy pair as they planned their glamorous second wedding in London.
Over four episodes, cameras followed the pair as they put wedding planners through their paces, tried on dresses and planned their hen and stag parties.
However, on a recent episode of the couple’s hit podcast Spencer & Vogue, the dad-of-three confessed how he really felt about filming the show.
As they discussed the topic of divorce, Spencer said: “If we got divorced I don’t think that I would get married again, that’d be it for me on the marriage thing.
Vogue responded saying: “Supposedly having a wedding a really expensive wedding leads to a divorce.”
Spencer exclaimed: “Yes apparently the more money you spend on your wedding the more likely you are to get divorced.
“I think I can agree with that and I’m not just chucking us in there, we had a really cheap wedding, we paid for flowers and some champagne and a cake, that’s it.
“We had 20 people too, so we didn’t actually do anything.”
Vogue cut across Spencer and explained: “But that wasn’t really meant to be our wedding, but it just happened to be our wedding.”
She continued: “That was meant to be the registry office part and then we were gonna do our big wedding, we just never did the big wedding.”
Spencer excitedly asked Vogue: Should we do it?
The 35-year-old then began to share his opinion on the Spencer, Vogue and Wedding Two show as he added: “You know what? I think we should do a wedding.
“I’m not counting that preposterous piece of sh** thing that we did for TV.
“I f***ing hated it. I realise, by the way, that I always sound negative on this f***ing show, but, I hated that. I hated that evening.”
‘A REAL GEM’
The businessman emphasised his ill-feelings towards the series as he said: “It was so fake and bulls*** and cr*p.
Vogue had opposing opinions on the experience as she gushed: “Awh I loved it, I had such a fun time, I loved my outfit.”
Earlier this month, the former Made In Chelseastar shared a sweetmessage to Vogue on social media as she celebrated her 39th birthday.
The famous couple recently jetted off to the stunning Amalfi Coast in Italy to spend some quality time together without their little ones.
While on their trip, Spencer posted some snaps of his beloved wife and wrote: “To still be this in love with you after eight years is surely what life is all about! HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY GORGEOUS WIFEY!!
The reality star highlighted that since becoming parents to “three little ones” the pair rarely “get to go away and spend quality time together as a couple”.
And after soaking up the sun rays on the Italian seaside for the past three days, Spencer remarked: “We should really do this more!!”
He continued: “These last three days in Amalfi have been so relaxing and beautiful – a real treat with my best mate.”
Spencer finished off his adorable post by adding: “You’re an incredible mother, wife and all round special person. A real gem.”
