FORMER rugby star Rob Kearney and his wife Jess Redden celebrated their son’s “special” christening and fans were all left saying the same thing.
The happy couple got engaged on New Year’s Eve in New York in 2019 and tied the knot in 2021 at the Trump International Hotel in Doonbeg, Co. Clare.
The couple welcomed their first child into the world in August 2023.
Jess gave birth to a beautiful baby boy and called him Bobby Brian Kearney.
The pharmacist has been sharing updates on life as a first time mum with her followers on social media.
Taking to her Instagram yesterday, the 31-year-old looked happy as she held her son proudly at the alter during the service.
Her husband grinned wide as he sat alongside his wife and only child.
Leading her son up the aisle in the church, the author could barely contain her excitement as she grinned from ear-to-ear.
The mum-of-one looked breathtaking in the blue Darian Dress from Revolve that retails on the site for €275.
Rob looked handsome as he stepped out in a navy suit that he paired with a white shirt.
Their son, Bobby, looked like a mini Rob as they dressed him in similar navy trousers and white shirt, the one-year-old wore a bow-tie.
Jess captioned her heart-warming posts: “A special day for our Sun, Moon and Stars.”
Friends and family flocked to her comment section to gush over the couple’s major milestone.

Since welcoming her first child, Jess opened up about her struggles as a first time mum.
Taking to her Instagram stories, she wrote: “I knew the feeding would be one of the biggest challenges but nothing can prepare you for the physical and emotional aspects of the journey.
“Bobby feeds pretty much every hour and has been clustering for 4/5 hours in the afternoon so it’s been full on.
“Everyone tells me it gets easier and at times I’ve wanted to stop but I just look at his little face and it gives me the strength to keep going.”
